National Platforms
Three national platforms — for work, for home, for a citizen’s hundred dealings with the state — rebuilt around the dignity of the person passing through them, with responsible AI brought in as an instrument of fairness.

Project Info
Client Context
Kawader, the country’s unified platform for employment and professional development. Eskan, the official channel for government housing. And the digital transformation of more than eighty services at the Ministry of Labour. Each of these touches a citizen at a decisive moment of their life — the search for work, the need for a home, the daily business of living within a state — and together they form the quiet, everyday infrastructure a nation lives upon.

The Challenge
A government’s most human services were trapped in its least human form, the queue, the counter, the paper file, the months of waiting. A jobseeker was matched to a vacancy by title alone, missing the truer fit of skill and aspiration. A family seeking a home, and an owner offering one, met only through intermediaries and delay. And eighty services sat scattered across the old machinery of the state. The task was not to digitise what existed, but to rebuild it around the dignity of the person passing through it, and to bring artificial intelligence into the work responsibly, as an instrument of fairness rather than a shortcut around it.
My Approach

A jobseeker was matched to a vacancy by title alone, missing the truer fit of skill and aspiration. A family seeking a home, and an owner offering one, met only through intermediaries and delay. And eighty services sat scattered across the old machinery of the state. The task was not to digitise what existed, but to rebuild it around the dignity of the person passing through it, and to bring artificial intelligence into the work responsibly, as an instrument of fairness rather than a shortcut around it.
The Outcome
Systems a nation now begins its working life upon, finds its home through, and turns to in a hundred daily dealings, faster, fairer, and built to last. Hours of human life returned. A state that answers more quickly than it ever has. And beneath each platform, the same quiet conviction: that the architecture is built not to be admired, but so the person standing on it can rise.
