For twenty years I worked where a nation’s technology is quietly decided, building the platforms a country depends upon, the systems that outlast the hands that sign them, the infrastructure no citizen sees yet everyone stands upon. I was, for two decades, a strategic leader and advisor in national technology, and I led the transformation of more than ninety government services.

Somewhere in those years I learned the thing I now build everything on: the surface is never the work. Profit, titles, the things that show, they tell you a thing exists. They never tell you whether it deserves to. What lasts is decided underneath, in the quieter questions most people are too impatient to ask.
