Banan Ventures
Banan means fingertips; the maker’s touch. A venture studio for artisanal masters: I find a craftsman with a rare and quiet gift, and build the brand, the channel, and the story that carry it from a local lineage to the world.

Project Info
Client Context
The world is full of masters it will never meet. Banan exists to close the distance between a gift refined across a lifetime, or across a lineage, and the world that has never seen it. The model is deliberate and unhurried: one master, one house, one thing made beautifully, elevated and never multiplied.

The Challenge
A craftsman may hold a gift refined over decades and still remain invisible, undone by the distance between making something beautiful and selling it well. The temptation, always, is to scale a craft until it thins into a product and loses the very thing that made it worth carrying. The challenge was the opposite of scale: to carry the master to the world while diluting nothing, to grow the reach without thinning the work.
My Approach
A craftsman may hold a gift refined over decades and still remain invisible, undone by the distance between making something beautiful and selling it well. The temptation, always, is to scale a craft until it thins into a product and loses the very thing that made it worth carrying. The challenge was the opposite of scale: to carry the master to the world while diluting nothing, to grow the reach without thinning the work.
The Outcome
Arab artistry raised to the global stage it was always worthy of, one master at a time, each standing fully as a brand of their own. Because a gift unseen is a gift half-made, and the work of my life has been to build what lets others, finally, be seen.
